Wonderful stay. Excellent rooms, very nice pool and excellent breakfast. spa under renovation, however very good massage available in room. Location close to airport and area has many good food outlets. Overall all the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Special thanks to front office manager Mr. Agus,, staff Ari, Rafael and Dewi, trainees Intan and Diana and Sara for massage for a very enjoyable stay. Highly Recommended.

At the time of my stay restaurant was temporarily closed in the evening which was a little disappointing the menu looked very good.

From Indonesian to Western dishes, fresh salads, breads, a live-cooking stall, main courses, a full drink station, and even desserts, everything is tasty and comes with plenty of options. Honestly, nothing bothered me during my stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities matched what the hotel promised. For what you pay, the experience feels more than worth it.

Staff were professional with both myself and grand daughter

Lovely pool arena. Love the beautiful frangipani trees.

Ensuite separated by an opaque glass door. No privacy. Was able to see person using the toilet. All power cut out. Worker used a screw to hold the button in place. Bath needs repainting, has marks of rubber mat in the bath. Needs a good scrub. Found the distance from the room to the front entrance a bit of a walk for a 72 year old, stairs need to be aware of persons age when accommodating.

Not worth it

It was close to the airport.

Floor wasn't clean, stains on bed sheets and the balcony did not look safe to stand on, I put one foot out the door and decided it was not worth the risk.

It was dissapointing.

The Room size and the design was good. The main pool and Restaurant area was really good.

The Room had a bad strong Odor and the Mimi pool was not filled when we got there. We didn’t end up using it because some tiles were damaged and was not very inviting. It was not worth the money.

The location looked nice in the photos and the idea of a private pool was appealing. The only good thing about the stay was the on site restaurant. The food was decent and the staff there were friendly.

The photos were very deceiving. The place was dirty on arrival, and there were cigarette butts on the ground near the private pool which, by the way, didn’t even have any water in it. The fridge in the room didn’t work, neither did the phone. The walls were so thin I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. Worst of all, the staff completely ignored communication from both us and Booking.com. They didn’t answer calls or emails. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Good value for your money

The room was specious and clean, bathroom was a bit outdated, but clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Just used the breakfast restaurant, plenty of choice and good food.

Just a few small things, one of the stairs from to pool has very big steps, for older people hard to use. Sometimes the staff is a bit disorganized, but that also has its charme.

Was a terrible experience ! Never staying here again.

The staff were humble and polite. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to nearby attractions especially Kuta beach and the beach walk mall.

The rooms are quite old and run down that needs a lot of deep cleaning and maintenance. They do not match the pictures as shown on the booking.com website or the brochure available at the hotel. There were way too many mosquitoes in the room (in comparison to the place I stayed in the middle of the rice farm at Ubud) and centipedes. This forced us to change our room in the middle of the night. Also, the shower area and private pool was unclean and looked totally run down. The restrooms near the shared pool were disgusting with no napkins/tissues. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Not a pleasant experience at all.

There was no water in the plunge pool. Smoking in the restaurant at breakfast was disgusting. The room was old and needed renovations.

Staff were not very helpful at reception. My left luggage was not secured while I waited for Mt 2pm check in.

Okay for short stay before a cruise.

There were lots of selections at breakfast. I really like that you can order egg as you like. The staff were all very nice & helpful. I like that we have a villa type room & not a regular/typical hotel room. It's quiet since it's not on a busy main street. Near the Benoa cruise port.

The room needs updating. The towels are old and not white. The hotel is located off the main street but the side street to the hotel is dirty with garbage on each side. The tub is slippery getting out of it. A tub mat should be available if needed.

there was very little, cheap but extremely horrible

The price and hotel brand prior to arrival. Yes it was cheap BUT from arrival did not like anything - scary narrow road to the hotel entry - traffic, inadequate lighting, dirty. The driver who bought us to hotel asked if this was a hotel and if we wanted to go elsewhere. We could not as we did not have device to make other booking we had already paid for this hotel. On entry we were told no spa operational (as advertised), no meal menu in restaurant only snacks, only two restaurants near hotel both accessed if we walked down the road outside hotel, black mould around bath/shower, only 3 pool loungers alternative to use the chairs at restaurant table, the advertised swim up bar had not been operational for some time, outside hotel stench with bags of household and other rubbish along the entry road, the location of the room in a type of cloistered area felt like a cell. had to leave reception cross vehicle entry and enter through door that was unlocked, only locked door was the outdoor area the glass door to the sleeping area did not lock, we had to get hotel maintenance to repair this locked door as it jammed - there was Trip Advisor award stated 2023 however unsure if was awarded for 2023. We asked where we should go by transport to eat and advised that would be Kuta main street. We were not given other options including Tuban beach

It was a nice experienced to stay here

I booked the queen superior bed but I got free upgraded to villa type without paying more money! So, it was a good deal! The AC worked well. The room and bathroom were cleaned. The bathtub was big! When I arrived, the staff gave me small snacks. The WiFi was pretty good. I can uploaded and watched youtube video without much buffering. The hotel location is very good, it is near with the airport, Kuta beach, restaurant, and many attractions place! The parking area were adequate for motors and cars.

I stayed at the deluxe king room. It was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned. The bathtub was big! The hot & cold water worked properly. The staff were kind and helpful. The WiFi was pretty good. Location and the scale of the hotel is appealing.

The mini room pool was useless and not clean. There were multiple tap leaks and the staff took way too long to attend. Since the room was not clean, we requested the staff for alternative rooms and all of them that they showed were not clean at all. Breakfast was not appealing. They need to address the maintenance and the shortage of staff issues.

Dirty rooms. Poor A/C. Poorly managed.

Swimming pool for children. Close to Warung Tut Ajuz.

Rooms (2) were not clean. Airconditioner was ineffective, it was NOT cool enough. Hairdryer did not work. Booking manager, Sri, did not respond to written messages from our organiser/booker, Geoffrey R, and did not charge the registered credit card with room cost when requested to do so. Complaint with GM lodged. The hotel does not seem to know how to deal professionslly with international guests and seems to be for local Indonesian customers.
