Das Hotel hat einen super Lage. Ists sauber. Das Personal ist meist freundlich. Ich hatte eine nicht schöne Situation, die aber an der Rezeption gut gelöst werden konnte. Das Essen ist sehr lecker im Hotel.
Vom Massage-Spa-Bereich würde ich abraten. Ich hatte eine Massage 2 Stunden gebucht. Die Masseurin war leider während der Massage mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Als ich sie drauf angesprochen habe, hat sie erst gelogen, es dann aber zugegeben. Leider hat das die Entspannung für mich kaputt gemacht.

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de alun alun Malang. Le lobby et le patio sont magnifiques et les lits confortables.
Chambres très sombres et assez humides, on ne peut pas aérer sauf en ouvrant la porte qui donne sur le patio. L’odeur du désodorisant est très forte, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.
