The staff were amazing. A lovely welcome and provided excellent customer service during my entire stay.
Food was amazing.
Walls were not insulated and was woken up by the noise next door.
No coconut yoghurt for those intolerant to dairy.

No lift and very steep stairs. The room was adequate for the price but not exceptional. The TV was ancient too small no ITV programme could do with updating.

Staff were all wonderful. Kind, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent, good choice of cooked and continental. Well prepared and presented.
Room 12 was excellent in every way. Well equipped with lovely little touches that were delightful.
Location was perfect.
I think rooms to the rear would be the most quiet.
Almost nothing. A shower cap would have been useful as the shower has a fixed head but I am having to think very hard to find something.
