Wonderful

This is without a doubt the best stay we have had in Italy. It ticks all the boxes. Staff are lovely, pleasant and hospitable. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless. The cherry on top is the breakfast, which consists of local produce that cannot be missed. We will be back! :)

Clean rooms with comfy beds and amazing views over the mountains. The best part was breakfast, great selection of fruits, juices, cheeses, pastries and bread, they made us the best omelette and coffee.

Great choice in Chiavenna area with parking and AC

We stayed 2 nights on the 2nd floor at the beginning of July, 2022. We were very happy with our stay and particularly pleased with Ester and her partner, Dario. The apartment has AC in both the living room and the bedroom, the kitchen is well-equipped, there is an elevator, while we were there it was very quiet, parking is in a private lot about 30 meters from the front door but you can park temporarily at the front door to unload baggage if necessary. The apartment is in a village a few KM south of Chiavenna. There is a supermarket a block away and there are restaurants in the area but I don't think there were restaurants within walking distance. Chiavenna is the major town in the area and has plenty of services.. Ester is incredibly hospitable and responsive. We changed our room from upstairs to downstairs and back to upstairs after reading reviews about potential noise. Ester was "no problem" and very graciously made the changes. We wanted a late check-in : "No problem" and Dario was at the door to help us with our mountain of luggage. We wanted a late check out and Ester..."No problem!" The rooms are not large but they are adequate, the views are great, location is quiet and gives access to several mountain passes. We'd gladly stay at Ester's place again!

We were quite happy with the apartment. It isn't deluxe but it gets the job done and has all the bells and whistles you need for a short stay.

We had a great and very relaxing stay at Agriturismo Al Palaz. The owners were very friendly and helpful and also our two dogs were welcome. The breakfast was great with homemade things and regional food. We can recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely come back!

Very good place for motorcycle travellers

I liked the place very much! Nice big rooms with balcony and big bathroom. Private yard where to leave motorcycles. Confortable beds, nice views around. 10-15 minutes walk from nearby restaurants. There is even an elevator so bringing your luggage after a hard day of riding is easy. Recommended quite place to stay in the otherwise busy and crowded area!

Struttura nuova, ben curata e super accogliente. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Chiavenna (5 min in auto),per chi ama sciare (20 min da Campodolcino) e per chi ama fare passeggiate. Staff super gentile ed accogliente, Easter la proprietaria persona splendida che ha a cuore il benessere dei suoi ospiti. Colazione a buffet fantastica ed abbondante, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.

Weekend perfetto

Struttura molto ben tenuta con camere e piccoli appartamenti. Noi avevamo un appartamento. Molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Parcheggio privato in un grande e comodo piazzale. Accoglienza ottima. La posizione centrale lo rende un'ottima base per visitare la Val Chiavenna, la Valle Spluga, la bassa Valtellina e in circa 45 minuti si arriva in Engadina. Anche la nostra cagnolina è stata la benvenuta e ha approfittato del bel balcone per osservare cosa succedeva intorno. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene!

Zimmernachbarn sind sehr früh aufgestanden (Bauarbeiter). Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Im Urlaub möchte ich nicht schon um 6:00 Uhr durch Lärm geweckt werden.

Freundliches, reibungsloses Einchecken. Tolle Lage. Ruhig da ca. 50 Meter von der Hauptstrasse. Pizzeria und Supermarkt unmittelbar erreichbar. Stellplatz für das Motorrad, Aufzug, Alles sehr sauber und hat funktioniert. Großer Fernseher mit verständlicher, deutscher Bedienungsanleitung um deutsches und internationales Fernsehprogram sehen zu können. Ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten für Utensilien im Bad. Ausreichend Platz in der Dusche. Wasserdruck und Temperatur war auch gut. Föhn... Kühlschrank... - Super Frühstück mit Spiegel- Rühreier... Sogar Bresaola Schinken... - Alles Top! Es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich die Route für die Rückreise etwas umgewandelt habe um dort erneut zu übernachten.

Estancia maravillosa

Estuvimos en un apartamento muy bonito con todas las comodidades posibles, no nos faltó de nada en ningún momento. Todo estaba muy limpio y cada día nos preguntaban si necesitábamos algo. El personal de la casa era muy amable y nos hicieron sentir como en casa todos los días. El desayuno era espectacular, había de todo y todo de primera calidad. Cada día nos sirvieron huevos revueltos hechos al instante y nos sacaron un plato lleno de diferentes pasteles. Además las mermeladas eran caseras y la fruta muy rica. Si alguna vez volvemos por esa zona, repetiremos seguro.

No hay nada que no me gustara. Lo tienen todo muy bonito y muy bien cuidado.

Es hat alles gepasst, wir würden wieder kommen!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, aber die Lage ist dennoch gut, da man schnell in Chiavenna oder am Comer See ist. Im Ort gibt es 100m entfernt eine Pizzeria, das war für uns perfekt. Es ist vielleicht etwas hellhörig, aber auch nicht schlimm. Das Haus ist sehr einladend, sauber und top gepflegt. Das Frühstück war super, sowie der Empfang.... Ich kann es nur empfehlen!
