Wonder location and delicious options for breakfast. Beautiful flowers and garden surrounding the property. Convenient location to central Waterville. Our host was very accommodating and provided a notebook of helpful local information. We were only there one night - nice place to stay on our trip around the Ring of Kerry (we traveled clockwise around the Ring).
The rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side but as expected.

Conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and the beach, lovely view of the sea from the small window seat in the room, bed was comfortable
The bathroom is very compact however the shower worked well albeit a little on the small side - absolutely fine for an overnight stay , property is situated on quite a busy road

location was really good and convenient . Sea View from small window in the room was really nice .
Host managed to leave the keys and instructions since we had informed them that we would check in late . That was really convenient.
Host didn’t really feel very warm and welcoming. Was not that pleasant.
Breakfast was ok.. missed cut fruits etc. the overall stay seemed overpriced considering the underwhelming bare minimum of an Irish breakfast . They didn’t really come back to check if we wanted anything else.
One of the rooms had 3-4 stairs up to the bathroom . Please ask before booking .
