    Very convient location to Busan Station, China Town, Texas Street. The Owner / Manager is very Friendly and speaks English very well. Single rooms are somewhat small, but comfortable, clean, and accommodating. The motel has a kitchen on site which the owner allows you to use until 10 PM. This motel also provides on site parking for a few vehicles. Next time I'm in Busan I will be to try to book this motel again.

    Pros: Hospitable & Kind Host: The owner is very nice and kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Fantastic Free Breakfast: Includes unlimited toast, butter, jam, eggs, instant noodles, and free coffee. There are toasters, induction cookers, and microwaves available so you can cook your own eggs or noodles. It’s a great setup and a nice chance to chat with other travelers! Convenient Perks: Free daily bottled water available in the reception chiller, strong in-room Wi-Fi, and a fridge in the room. Newly Renovated Bathroom: Clean bathroom with a bathtub and good hot shower (though no bidet). Great Location: Walking distance to Busan Station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Cons: Aircon Controls: The AC unit/controller can be a bit complicated to operate. Room & Bed Size: Compact room and double bed—perfect for a solo traveler, but might be tight for couples or larger guests. Overall: A fantastic budget option near Busan Station with a very welcoming owner. The room is comfortable, the updated bathroom is a plus, and the self-service breakfast alone makes this stay worthwhile. I would definitely stay here again!

    The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and large. There were eggs, toast, butter, jam, ramen, tea and coffee for breakfast.
