    Pros: Less than 5 mins away from Busan Station. The room is spacious, can open several pieces of luggage without the space being cramped. Cons: Cleaning could be better.

    We stayed at Busan View Hotel during our trip to Busan. I have to admit, I was a little concerned about staying there after reading some of the comments, but I’m happy to report that it was a perfectly fine stay. We had no problems. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean, there’s a 24H convenience store right next door, and the location right next to Busan Station was very convenient. Great for the price. Would recommend.

    I booked this hotel mainly because it’s close to Busan Station/KTX, which was convenient before my trip to Seoul. If you’re coming from the airport by train and have luggage, use Exit 6 as it has an escalator. The other exits are mostly all stairs. Check-in was smooth, but quite late 4pm (I touch down at 7.30am) but the room could be better maintained. The window was left open with a mosquito inside, there was no air-con remote (I had to switch it on manually), the room didn’t smell very fresh, and there were stains on the duvet cover. The bathtub was a nice bonus and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. However, there is no “Do Not Disturb” sign, and the recessed power sockets didn’t fit my travel adapters, so I couldn’t charge my devices. I could not find the adaptors in Daiso and shops, thankfully I had a 20,000 mah portable charger with me that lasted just for my handphone device for 2 days. But I couldn’t charge my other devices like iPad. I paid ₩5,000 for a late (1 hour) check-out, but the room’s electricity was switched off until I asked the front desk to restore it. I thought it was quite weird they don’t provide you electricity when you do a late check out. Overall, the location is excellent, but the room condition and staff service could be improved.
