    The hotel is in a great location, close to the MRT station and the shopping streets, which makes it very convenient. However, the front desk staff's attitude could be improved. They seemed a bit impatient when I asked a few questions, which wasn't a very pleasant experience. Also, the lobby was quite warm as there didn't seem to be any air conditioning. Other than that, everything else was fine.

    Hotel was conveniently situated near Busan KTX station and getting around was easy. When we arrived was told check in 6pm although our booking said 4pm. Paid 30000₩ to check in early. The Room was large with a comfortable bed. There wasn't anyway to put your clothes and only 1 bedside table. Was provided with 4 small hand towels so drying after showering was a challenge. Whilst we was out a 'cleaner' came in and literally just emptied our bin and left a coffee sachet to replace the one I'd use. No new towels, no bed making, no new water in fridge. Was ok as we only stayed 2 nights but probably wouldn't use again.

    On paper this hotel looks great - good location, large and quiet rooms, good price. However, two things let it down massively. Firstly, the staff. They were generally minimal in the service they provided. I largely got one word answers and no smiles or friendliness. One day, when I got back at almost seven pm and my room had not been cleaned, I came to the front desk to ask why. I was told 'sorry, too busy'. I was not offered an apology, an offer to clean it now, or even clean towels. I had to ask for the towels and then empty the trash by myself. It really felt like they had no interest in their customers or providing any level of service at all. My second issue was with security. Firstly, there is no way to bolt your door from within. So each day I was left hoping the electronic lock had worked but with no way to check and be sure the door was secure. This led to some sleepless nights. Also, when I checked out and asked where i could leave my bags, I was pointed to a corner of the lobby far from reception where nobody could monitor. There was no system whereby I was given a tag to present when I wanted to reclaim my bag. When I questioned whether this was secure, the guy grunted 'cameras' at me. They may well have had cameras, though how this could prevent someone wandering in off the street and taking a bag, I don't know. Generally, I felt staff were antagonized when I asked any question and their responses showed absolutely no sense of friendliness or understanding that they were working in the service industry and that part of their job was to support customers and make them feel welcome. When a room has not been cleaned by 7pm, staff should be apologetic and come up with a solution. Shrugging one:s shoulders and saying 'we were too busy' is simply not acceptable. It's a real shame as this could be a fantastic hotel- large, quiet rooms and a central location. However, the complete apathy that staff had towards the guests made it so that I would not choose to stay here again.
