    very close to busan station, just 1 bus stop away or you can also walk around 10 minutes the problem is the elevator because the waiting time is too long

    Positive - great breakfast buffet, clean. Negative and low recommendation: 1) Horrible policy that you have to be out of your room every day from 10 am - 4 pm for housekeeping IF you want your room/amenities tidied. This is like being in a HOSTEL, but not paying hostel prices. If you aren't out or if leave after 10 but even before they arrive, they will leave you a bag of towels. And how soon can a traveler experiencing jet lag or exhaustion return to your room - and you better make sure you take everything you need with you for the day. What a bad lockout policy for ADULT travelers with their own schedule. 2) This horribly inconvenient policy results in 21 floors with over 440 rooms (say potentially 600 guests) MUST use only TWO elevators by 10 an in order to either check out with their suitcases taking space or must leave the hotel for the day again by 10 am!!! Do the math of 'evacuating" this many people in 2 small elevators!! My average time standing in front of the elevator vying to get on an elevator every day was 45 minutes -- a loss of my time trying to get somewhere. I am also disabled, so standing up for 45 minutes was painful, but if I had left my place in line, who knows when I would get on. I, and everybody else tried the trick on getting on the up elevator, or getting on the "staff elevator", but that saved no time, stopping at every floor going up and going down. The day I needed to check out was an even longer wait, resulting in being late for the deadline by 30 minutes. Ridiculous policy, small number of elevators, and disrespect for my time and physical ability. 3) I had no internet connection in my room for ALL 5 days, despite reconfiguration of my two devices to attempt connection!! Had to go to very small lobby couches for internet access for my phone and laptop; had to rent a WIFI device in order to have internet in my room of this alleged business hotel. Totally inconvenient for promise of "WIFI." Summary - 1 star recommendation. Only stay here if you can get a room on the 3rd floor so you can use the stairs .
