The design, the layout of the property compound, the architecture, the simplicity of the decoration, the pool, the gardens, the spaciousness of the rooms and the outdoor balcony space and furnishings

The bathroom was not well designed, shower/bathtub combo not very functional, the lack of a bidet/water spray hose was surprising and towels were not good quality given the price of accommodation. While overall the staff were excellent, given our long stay of 8 nights, and the intimacy of the lodging, the office staff were not as warm as hoped for. There also could have been a system for reuse of towels when daily room clean, as change daily unnecessary.

The soundproofing in the room is very poor. The people living on the upper floor make a lot of noise early in the morning. The swimming pool is too small; it's more like a bathtub. The hotel is overpriced for the quality of service. There isn't a kettle in the room, and no tea bags or coffee are provided."
