Great locality, metro close by, 24/7 supermarket and a ton of bars and restaurants. Rooms look new and clean enough, staff nice.

The kitchen could use a microvawe

The location was convenient for the tram and metro. There was a 24 hr grocery store a couple of blocks away and the neighbourhood was safe even at night. The room and bathroom were clean.

This unit was below ground. Nowhere, either in photos or description, was there indication that this was the case. The mattress in the pull out couch sagged in the middle. There were only 3 outlets in the living area - one was totally inaccessible (behind a couch), one in the kitchen area (not really appropriate for charging all your devices) and the third was beside the pull out couch and quite difficult to reach. A couple of tables beside the couch would have been handy. The building itself was quite noisy; we could hear the people next door talking and people above walking around. You could hear the metro occasionally rumble past especially at night.
