Lady at reception was very friendly helpful. Room had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Pillows were amazing and bed was very comfortable and cosy

Had a lovely sleep. Beds & pillow very comfortable.
Outdated kitchen - cupboards for plates, bowls, mugs & glasses could instead be a couple of open shelves - would also make for a space for the items you have on the microwave.
Dining table & chairs could be a bit smaller & more practical.
A lounge chair or 2 would also be nice.

It was quiet, friendly staff, comfortable bed
Very dated, room smelt a bit on arrival and for the money I expected more. We have stayed in far better in the Northlands of New Zealand for less money.
