I can’t say enough about Anna. She was fantastic. She was so nice. The breakfast was so yummy. She was always there to answer my questions and have an espresso waiting. Our flight was delayed by a day and she had breakfast waiting for us.
The bathroom was small but that’s to expect in Rome. A couple of short flights of stairs to the room.

Location was wonderful and breakfast just to eat something not too much. Room was antique and very beautiful. the place was near colosseum i think 30 seconds on foot you can see outside the colosseum
The place was good exept the noise the tourist make a lot of noise and the trash they take around 2 in morning and was very loudly and not good to sleep

The location, close to the Coliseum and the metro station.
The first night the air conditioning did not work and it was really hot and had a terrible night sleep.
