We just had most tow exceptional days and nights in our journey! Museum at night with a cat named Bianca on the roof top! Our photoshoot with every wonderful corner. All views from all windows and terraces are just breathtaking. Stuff amazing, breakfast are very good, simple but good! There’s fancy restaurant near the castle, where we had amazing local menu. It’s super for two nights!
It’s only for two nights! Because it’s enaugh !
No air conditioning and fridge! And no wine glasses, we had to ,steal’ them from museum exposition 🫣😅 but we returned!!!!

A very unique stay and nothing like we imagined it would be. So much better! The staff was incredibly gracious and had only friendly interactions. The breakfast was curated and delicious! We had so many animal sightings. The best part is exploring the castle so make sure you do and get fun tips from the staff! So glad we stayed as long as wel did. :) they even texted us local tips daily for where to eat, parking tips, hiking, etc.
The only thing we didn’t realize before was just how many steps it would be to our room with ours 20kg luggage, but that may have been our fault for not reading enough in detail. But just to flag for accessibility reasons.

It's a unique place.
Our visit was not relaxing at all. The check in was rushed. We were shown into our room but given the wrong key. We were locked out of our room. Nobody answered the telephone. There was nobody on site. All our possessions (clothes, toiletries, medicines, chargers, laptop, toothbrushes) were locked in the room overnight. We searched around the castle at night to find the room to the key we were given. Luckily we did. Despite messaging to say we would be at the reception desk in the morning, the receptionist did not tell us it would be closed so we waited for someone to turn up with the correct key. We then found the breakfast team who were very helpful but it would have been nice to be able to shower and wear clean clothes. We were given a small pot of jam as a token of appreciation for the horrible night.
