Great breakfast and nice outdoor area / pool. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Apart from the room remarks hereunder it was good value for money.
The door.., keycard was not easy to operate, did not work properly. Safetylick on the inside was removed. Open wires on electrical distribution board in shower cupboard. Maintenance has been lacking for the room..

Breakfast has lots of options from fruits and cereals to full meals. Staff always at your service, and as I like to wander around the city the location is a 30 minute walk from Lungsir (Taman Kota) - an open square/park which is a central gathering place in the evenings. The lobby of the oldest hotel in town is just magnificent!
The carpet and curtains in the room are a bit worn, as is the bathroom. For someone who is very sensitive to everything being tip-top, this should not be a reason to give up booking this accommodation.

It was destination hotel everytime I go to Bandarlampung
The room and amenities quality fell below expectation, shower room was infested by mold and quality was below when it was run by sheraton
