I would stay here again - great stay and value - the villas with private pool are very nice accommodations.

The staff was super accomodating. They went out of their way to allow me to stay an extra night. I also forgot my passport at the hotel and they shipped it to me. The staff was amazing. Very thankful for all their help and assistance.

The location was a little out of the way from town but 20 mins walk to almost all amenities near town.

Breathtaking views!

The apartment really did look as good as the photos... and the view from the verandah is really stunning. We hired a scooter (a must given the location up a steep hill) through the hotel. Laundry and taxi services are also available through the hotel too. It's a good location from which to explore the beautiful island of Koh Tao. The bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pillows need replacing and there was a really noisy generator behind our apartment. If you don't like cats and dogs, it might not be the place for you. If you don't drive, using taxis to explore would add up.

Our stay at Koh Tao Heights Exclusive Apartments was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk to the main beach, with a little incline that adds some fun holiday cardio and rewards you with the most breathtaking views. The apartments are super clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The taxi service provided by the accommodation was excellent as well, Mr. Lek and Mr. Tu are both so kind and reliable, which made getting around very easy. We loved our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for such an amazing experience, we can’t wait to come back 🙏🏻

Fabulous

The property was spacious, enjoyed having the living area and outside space. View was incredible. It was quiet and peaceful. The steep road up and steps to the apartment did not put us off there was staff to help with luggage and even though we do not drive scooters the walk down to the beach was no problem (5-10 minutes) and a taxi (easily obtained for around 300 bart) back up the hill. Food delivery was also easy and the fridge was stocked with water and other drinks. Very clean and the staff were helpful. Because the location is higher up there was a natural breeze which was lovely it meant that we didn’t need to use the AC and could just have ceiling fans on which is much more pleasant. Smart TV with access to Netflix was also a benefit. Enjoyed the stay.

Nothing to report my only feedback was it is missing somewhere to dry wet clothes from the day a small clothes stand would be a benefit.

Incredible hotel, great location and friendly staff, highly recommended!

Very kind staff explaining everything to us, including packages available for activities like snorkelling, as well as great restaurant recommendations. Great partnership for taxi which means we always have someone to pick us up if needed as we didn’t drive the moto. Great views from the room — it’s a steep hill but it’s called heights for a reason!

Would have been convenient to have an option to pay with card for hotel facilities, but generally most things on Koh Tao are in cash.

Great stay with an amazing view

The view was fantastic, and the accommodation is perfect especially for couples – peaceful and romantic. The staff was kind and helpful at all times. If you have a motorbike, everything is within a 12-minute ride, which makes getting around really convenient.

The electricity went out twice during our stay. The apartment is quite hard to reach on foot, so renting a motorbike is highly recommended. But you can rent it at the hotel so no worries.

Lovely room and amazing staff that support you for the duration of the trip

Very kind and helpful staff, they have helped book transport, scooter and fun activity (snorkling) which made it much easier. The room was gorgeous. The only thing to consider is the ride to the accomodation. Please note there is a very steep hill so anyone afraid to drive a scooter uphill or unable to walk a steep hill, a taxi can take you there.

Relaxing views

The view from the terrace of the apartment is the best. The place is also quiet, so good for relaxing. The room was quite big and very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The A/C worked perfectly. Although the apartment is located on a pretty steep slope reaching the apartment on the day of our arrival was easy since the hotel booked a taxi for a very reasonable price that pick us up at the pier. The days after we rent a motorbike in a place recommended by them since they didn't have any available left. The staff is very helpful and they even have an agreement for food delivery with some restaurants downtown.

One day, we were stuck outside of the apartment because one of the keys to open the door was not the correct one. However, we contact the apartment staff and the issue was solved in less than 15 min.

Big room, nice furnished with seaview but in a quiet area. Friendly staff who speaks perfectly English and is very helpful.

The aircon had a problem but it got quickly fixed.

super clean great view great value and amazing staff

absolutely perfect. June was so lovely, made the stay perfect. it’s only a 10 min walk to the beach or so, if you don’t mind a short steep hill. the rooms were cleaned daily and very well. it had a wonderful view and was a great size. also facilities for you to cook your own food if you wish. they have a contact for a driver who is very lovely, responsive and has great rates which came in handy in the evening. would recommend this place 100%. everyone was so helpful and lovely and it made our trip much better. thank you!

The property was stunning,as the pictures in Booking.com, the manager there was so kind and helped us in everything..we asked for a early check in and late check out...and they were happy to allow us to have late check out...early check was not available because of the other guests,for sure we will come back again next time, thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻the position is perfect very close to the center but away from the noise🤗

Amazing view!

We were supposed to have a studio and we finally got a real appartment with a private room! The view was AMAZING from the terrace, even better than on the picture. The bed was really confortable and the place was clean. We were lucky cause they let us check in earlier :)

We've been travelling for 10 months that's why we have to be on a budget. So we can't afford to go to this kind of hotel but for the 1st January we did it to feel more comfortable and we expected everything to be perfect for this price but unfortunately it wasn't. We spent 3 nights and we didn't have hot water for 2 nights. We told the staff about it the 1st morning and it was supposed to be fixed at the end of the day but it wasn't... So we took a shower with the kettle after a long day beach. We only had hot water the last day... :( We always closed the door and window, and we found a snake behind the fridge... So we guess it was there before our check-in. Wifi was really slow and didn't work all the time. Be careful the localisation isn't good on Booking.com, use Google Maps!

Estada al Paradís

Per a nosaltres, aquest va ser el millor allotjament del nostre viatge a Tailàndia. Vam estar-hi 4 nits; l’habitació és molt gran, i el lavabo també, però el millor de tot és el gran balcó, des d’on pots veure tranquil·lament el mar i la posta de sol. Es troba a pocs minuts del centre en scooter. Hi tornarem segur!!!

Sí que és important dir que només reservaria aquest hotel si teniu pensat llogar una scooter. Nosaltres ja ho teníem previst per moure’ns per tota l’illa, i per això l’experiència va ser un 10/10. Molts comentaris parlen de la pujada, i sí que és veritat que n’hi ha força, però us recomano llogar una moto i reservar aquest hotel: així gaudireu de Koh Tao al 100%. També podeu reservar servei de taxi des del mateix hotel :)

La struttura dispone di tutto il necessario. Cucina, frigobar, asciugacapelli, Netflix e prodotti da toilette. La vista è incredibile ed il personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Avremmo voluto restare più a lungo!

L’accesso alla struttura non è così semplice, la strada non è in ottime condizioni e c’è una salita piuttosto ripida per raggiungerla. Nonostante ciò ne vale assolutamente la pena!

Las vistas, y las instalaciones. Sitio tranquilo alejado de la zona más concurrida de Koh tao pero en moto está todo a 5 minutos.

Necesitas moto sí o sí, la cuesta para llegar es muy inclinada. El agua de la ducha aveces no salia caliente.

Een mooie ruime kamer met een mooie badkamer. Voor de deur een privé terras met tafel en stoelen en erg mooi uitzicht.

Het appartement was een hele berg op lopen. In de kamer en in het bed zaten heel veel kleine beestjes. Gekko’s kunnen gemakkelijk via het plafond de kamer in komen en hebben ons een aantal nachten flink wakker gehouden met hun geluid. Ik snap dat dit hoort bij een verblijf in de jungle, maar voor ons was dit zeker een rede om niet meer terug te komen.

Habitación bien, no confiéis en los taxis que os ofrecen

La habitación era grande y en general estaba limpia, aunque había hormigas en la cocina. Tenía cocina con todo lo necesario y un balconcito genial. La zona en general es tranquila, porque está en la colina.

Llegar sin moto o taxi es un poco complicado a veces. NO CONFIÉIS en la información que dan sobre los taxis "de confianza". Te dicen que te ofrecen precios más baratos y no es verdad. Los viajes con los conductores que te ofrecen nos costó el doble que con otros conductores de la isla.

Lujo en las alturas

Apartamento de lujo. Vistas increíbles. Servicio de recepción excelente, muchísimas facilidades y siempre atentos por whatsapp.

Está cerca de la playa y el puerto pero el acceso es complicado ya que el hotel está situado en una colina. Nosotros lo hicimos todo andando y es perfectamente posible y con moto sin ningún problema.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, es war sauber und groß. Das Personal ist super freundlich und man bekommt immer Hilfe. Anfangs gibt es eine Einweihung mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc. außerdem gibt es ein Heft mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants die zum Apartment (direkt vor die Tür) liefern. Der Wäsche Service war gut & schnell. Die Aussicht ist sehr sehr schön

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist schon eine Herausforderung. Laufen ist super anstrengend und mit dem Roller muss man gut umgehen können damit man da hoch kommt. Der Roller Service vom Hotel ist im Vergleich zu denen unten am Strand teurer. Wir hatten anfangs Ameisen im Toaster, der nicht sauber war, haben auf Nachfrage sofort einen neuen bekommen. Schuhe würde ich nachts reinstellen, da wir mehrmals Besuch von Straßenhunden hatten die unsere Schuhe zerbissen haben. Morgens beim Frühstück haben wir einmal eine kleine Schlange gesehen also Tür immer zu machen!!

Крутой вид, большая площадь номера, балкона. Очень, очень отзывчивый персонал! У нас сломался холодильник во время пребывания, девушки решили проблему, сделали всё возможное. Мы очень довольны. На все просьбы реагировали быстро и всё решали. Еще понравились дополнительные услуги. Мы легко забронировали хороший байк. Через персонал бронировали экскурсии и такси, всё было четко и по хорошим ценам. Уборка каждый день, отличное постельное белье и полотенца, большая ванная комната. Огромный удобный диван и двуспальная гигантская кровать. Наблюдали за джунглями и тропическими белками каждый день.

Понравилось всё, но горка перед отелем крутая. Без байка не обойтись, а подъем страшный (хотя мы заехали со второго раза и даже в дождь, но привыкнуть надо). Отель далековато, пешком точно не добраться. Зато какой вид!
