Location, water and coffee for first day , dishes , beautiful sunsets

Wiggly faucet in bathroom that was hard to use and there was a mouse that opened my brand new granola and had a nibble😡.floor mats were well worm .

Staff were absolutely lovely and quick to respond- we had a small issue with the water and a man was at our door within 4 minutes of me messaging to fix it. It was fixed by the time we came home from getting food.

Good location and really effective AC and comfortable bed

The bathroom was tiny and would end up fully soaked after a shower which was annoying. Also not sure if we just got an unlucky room but it was the first room after the entrance and traffic and music could easily be heard at night or in the mornings.

Good location and you get what you pay for . Cheap enough but the bed wasn’t great .

Location good. Five minutes to walk from the ferry. Bit of a hill and steps so don’t have too much luggage.

Bed wasn’t very comfy. Felt every spring . Small room.

Had a good stay

Had everything needed. Bed was very comfortable. It’s just 5min walk from the pier. If you up early you’ll maybe catch the chipmunk doing its duty’s in the trees. 🙂

Clean and good value

Great location, clean room.

Check in was weird - didn’t tell us where we needed to go. Huge TV in the room which for us felt totally unnecessary, we’d rather more surface space. We found out half way through the stay that the door didn’t lock properly, we told them first thing in the morning and it wasn’t acknowledged all day. We were told it would get fixed the following morning but it wasn’t, leaving all of our belongings at risk during the day and then us being unsafe sleeping at night. They did offer for us to move rooms but we didn’t want to repack and already had ant issues in the room which had been fixed, we didn’t want to go into another room with further issues.

Great bungalow, perfect stay!

Perfect location, close to everything you need in Koh Tao. I got VERY sick from food poisoning, and the host was very kind to me, offering whatever I needed. Definitely recommended!

A short stay bliss

Comfortable and nice bungalow in a quiet garden. Perfect for a few night stay.

We stayed for 8 nights, and nobody came to clean the bungalow during that time. We went to buy more toilet paper ourselves and took the rubbish out into a bin outside. I asked for them to clean, sent a message via booking.com, but they replied that I need to contact the place where we got the key; Ava Guesthouse. So I'm not sure whose place this is. It would've been great for a few days, but 8 days without cleaning...no. We pay for the accommodation, including cleaning and toilet paper...no need to clean every day, but at least every 4 days would be appropriate. Also the heater for the shower water is only for show, it was so broken it has not worked for a while. It would be great to have some hangers or hooks for clothes.

Nice bungalow

Clean, quiet and comfy bungalow, close to the Pier of Mae Haad and all the dive shops. It has a boiler, a fridge and the Aircon. Nice but I expected more for this price, I had better accomodation in Thailand for way less, but I guess it's Koh Tao.
