Not a good start

Apart from a loud ugly noise after flushing the toilet, the apartment itself was perfectly fine.

The hosts were supposed to send me the number of the apartment before 17:00, but no such message ever arrived. When I tried calling the phone number provided at booking.com, I waited in line for half an hour without a response. In the mean time the host had called some other guests (who were in the same situation as me) from a different number, and I got the number from them. That way I was finally able to reach the host who told me he was going to call me right back, but after waiting for another hour I had to call him instead. By the time I was finally able to check in it was about 19:00. Check-in at 17:00 is late enough without having to wait for two more hours! At least two other couples had to wait even longer.

Not recommended.

The apartment was not ready at check in time, the host was not responsive and the sink in the kitchen was leaking, even after the host claimed to have sent someone to fix it. Very unprofessional.

Nice house but very very poor maintenance.

The house was clean and spacious, good WiFi and nice location.

Very poor kitchen equipment (no electric kettle, no scissors, no paper towels). The bathroom had no hairdryer, no light on the mirror and the shower sink was leaking all the time. There was noise from the piper during the night. The kitchen window was broken and didn’t close properly. The living room loght switch was broken.

Nice village, Central Rorbu

We had a good time, but the following would have improved it: We should have been informed that there was no view ans that the rorbu is not on the waterfront, but overlooking the entrance of a block of flats/rorbuen. A bit noisy : every step from apartment above can be heard. No hair dryer

Good for a stopover to Svolvaer

Location was good for getting to Svolvaer. Room size was decent, cute inside and had plenty of facilities (like for cooking). Walking distance to Skarungen which is well worth a visit for their sauna and hot tub!

Didn’t receive any replies to messages from the hosts on booking.com or texts (assume international restrictions) so had to call to find out what room we were in. No reception option so it was odd/impersonal to only have calling as an option to contact the host. We were in room 202 on the ground floor. Even though the Rorbuer seemed quiet in terms of occupancy, the room above was being used and you could hear everything upstairs. Even just walking around upstairs was noisy for us below. Was a bit of a shift in terms of quality and comfort vs other places we stayed at in Lofoten.

we did a reservation for a group of 5 people and when we got there we where told our reservation couldn’t get done properly because the apartment got flooded and they placed us in another apartment only for 4. truth being said they gave us a solution pretty fast and we where okay with that (they brought us an extra foldable bed)

La ubicación y las instalaciones antiguas cabañas de pescadores muy bien acondicionadas y junto a las dos ciudades más grandes de lofoten ideal para recorrer las islas

Det blev inte som vi förväntade oss med lägenheten, särskilt besviken över den trasiga balkongdörren och att det inte åt

Bra läge vid havet, fin utsikt, sköna sängar.

Balkongdörren gick inte att öppna och det åtgärdades inte under de 3 dygnen vi var där! Det fanns inte de husgeråd som skulle finnas. När vi pratade med ansvarig så fick vi rådet att hämta de sakerna i andra lägenheter. Inte så rent i lägenheten, slitet!

Kiva, rauhallinen sijainti. Kodikas, hieman rustiikkinen tunnelma. Hyvin tilaa, vastasi odotuksia täysin.

Svært misfornøgd med å bestille leil med balkong og ikkje få det vi bestilte. Naboen i leil ved sida av hadde samme erf

Tja, ikkje mykje å skryte av.

1. Vi har ikke fått det vi bestilte. Vi bestilte 2 roms med balkong, men fekk ingen balkong. (2 av bildene ved bestilling viste at det var utgang til balkong fra stua). Eg ringde til driftsansvarleg, som sa at bildene viste kun eksempel på leiligheit. For oss var dette ein stor skuffelse. Aldri meir Tyskhella Rorbuer for oss. 2. Stikkontaktene var avdekka (3 stk). Dette er livsfarleg, i tillegg er rorbuene verneverdige, og ein brann vil vere katastrofalt.

Pas reçu l’information promise pour le numéro de chambre. Avons pris une chambre qui avait une clé sur la porte. Lit trop petit pour 2 personnes. Une personne a dormi sur le canapé. Bruits d’eau continuels très dérangeants, et ce, toute la nuit.

L'isolation phonique (techno des voisins à fond, pas de chance), l'absence de réponse aux messages et mails des hôtes et l'accès (SMS avec les informations non reçu, malgré mes demandes préalables, il a fallu téléphoner).
