I really enjoyed the comfort of the accommodation, the excellent service at the restaurants, and the overall quality of the facilities.
Regarding the level of service at the reception, I found the staff quite unfriendly during interactions; there was also an instance where I called to request water for my room, but it never arrived.

Everything. Location, restaurants, staff. It was great. Outdoor heated pool was a delight. The staff were exemplary. The Spa was good fun; we had a few treatments and they were good.
Didn't dislike anything. New experience for us. Will be back.

Mahmoud the check in clerk was exceptional in his service skills, made sure we were well catered for and made our stay very enjoyable. Zakaria the lifeguard also made our trip very special providing us with lots of pool side entertainment and stories. Would highly recommend

Great facilities and food
I paid for my bill and a member of staff handed me money back but it was slightly less than I was expecting and he didn’t say anything. When I questioned he said he didn’t have change - if he knew he should have highlighted and not try to pay me less
