Great week in Carisolo Traditional hotel stay.

We recommend

New facilities, combined modern and classic. Spa has saunas, which are very nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was spacious and lovely. Host was friendly and helpful.

One of the saunas was out of order. The key mechanism in our room was not functioning, the towel warmer did not work because of it, and the key panel was flashing at night, which disturbed our sleep.

Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area

The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

great hotel - when you pass by this mountain region

really great place to stay when you pass by - even in spring when the ski season has closed down. Room was great with small balcony to sit outside. Breakfast was great - and we ate very good dinner at nearby restaurant - with 10% discount

We loved the shuttle from hotel to ski lift. Even though the hotel is quite close, but this shuttle still made everything even more comfortable. Thank you!

good quality and value hotel - very friendly comfortable place

lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast selection and we were given fresh scrambled egg and bacon - marvellous! The ski lift was a couple of minutes away in the hotels complimentary mini bus. I'll definitely stay here next ski trip!

Готель має дуже хороше розташування, зручне для відпочинку. Їжа смачна. Номери дуже чисті — щодня проводили прибирання, міняли рушники, все було охайно та доглянуто. Персонал підтримував порядок на високому рівні.

Були незручності під час сніданків: через те, що працював лише один експрес-апарат для кави і столи були розташовані так, що постійно збиралася черга, це створювало дискомфорт. Також було дивно, що в номері не надавали питну воду. Напір води був дуже слабкий, а зранку гаряча вода нагрівалась досить довго. Було б зручніше, якби сніданки починалися з 7:00, а не з 7:30.

Bardzo fajny ośrodek, tylko część personelu mogłaby być milsza.

Nowa strefa pokoi po remoncie, widać że właściciele inwestują i starają się trzymać poziom. Super był też skibus hotelowy. Bardzo przyjemna i klimatyczna strefa wellness.

Część pokoi jest jeszcze przed remontem, ale była też tańsza w wynajmie, więc to całkiem zrozumiałe. Część obsługi była bardzo miła i uprzejma, jednak druga część nie za bardzo potrafiła się uśmiechnąć. Dodatkowo wprowadzono nas w błąd odnośnie śniadań, które ze względu na wczesną porę check-outu miały dla nas zostać spakowane na wynos. Personel na pierwszej zmianie poinformował i potwierdził, że nie będzie z tym problemu, a drugiej zmianie zabrakło dobrej woli, i stanowczo zaprzeczyli jakoby była taka możliwość.

Un fine settimana all'insegna della famiglia

Posizione ottima e tranquilla. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Direi impeccabile. Camera con balcone nella zona vecchia ma funzionale, di buona metratura.

Il bagno, pur pulito ed efficiente, ha bisogno di una leggera manutenzione,: filtri intasati e rubinetteria doccia da sostituire.
