Booked this hotel through Agoda which i didnt know is newly built or under renovation. Its located within WTF coffee camp. Quite a drive in from Chiang Mai city but the views are breathtaking esp with the waterfall and lake. Parked my car at the carpark and was brought straight to my room on a buggy by the staff. Check in was done outside the room as was informed the lobby was undergoing renovation. Check in was fast. I got the Waterfall room which was great. Room is new and clean! Its basically spotless. But i just wanna say that the room need some changes. There is no landline phone in the room and so difficult to contact the staff. They only can be contacted through LINE which are used mostly by Thais. I had to wait some time for the buggy whenever i wanted to leave the hotel premise. The hotel room is too far and high up from the carpark or any civilisation. I hope the management can improve on this issue. Other than that, everything was fine as the room made up for all the missing points. Just be careful as there are alot of bugs and animals on the hotel premise at night. When i returned to the hotel carpark at about 1am, we couldnt get hold of the staff to get us a buggy to bring us up to our hotel room. It was so dark thus we had to walk and climb ourselves to our room.

The room is in poor condition, old and not really clean. The hotel is under construction without telling me a head when booking. The noise was so loud and disturbing my vacation. No any offer from hotel. The only thing good was staffs. They are so helpful and friendly.
