    Read previous negative reviews and I honestly don’t understand them. That’s why this hotel probably exceeded my expectations due to the previous reviews. The hotel itself is modern, a good medium size with a lovely reception and lounge area. Beautiful view to beach from reception lounge. It’s actually On the beach! Water sides for adults and kids Amazing, aqua park with great slides for kids and anyone who acts like one. AND the luna park fun fair with bumper cars that worked!! Then you got the food which was of good quality and range, within the massive main restaurant. The best is wave snack restaurants with shwaramas/home made burgers fries, fresh doughnuts, ice cream pretty much round the clock. Then we discovered Gilbert’s, the patisserie towards end of the stay which was a lovely setting , and delicious crafted ice coffees mocktails etc . The staff were brilliant, international staff from all over the world , with English as a basic spoken language. the upkeeping of the hotel was excellent, clean all round, plenty of toilets. Used the gym daily which was more than adequate. Beach was nice as you’d expect. Nice toiletries in room too. The kids club is NEW, renovated a year ago, very large and spacious with sectioned areas. Only con I would say is that there wasn’t a scheduled programme of activities in kids club that we could plan around - that was surprising. So you’d find out what they’re doing once you drop kids and pop in. Oh and the pizza restaurant , an actual restaurant infront of kids club was the best fresh pizza we’ve had. All in A very pleasant better than expected stay during summer concept August, we had a proper holiday.

    Our holiday was amazing and the resort made it a success! The staff were very attentive, the cuisine was delicious with a good variety daily. There is attention to detail and quality dishes on the menu. The pools were a great hit for my children and there was one for all ages. The private beach was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We had a great and would highly recommend.

    Over all we completely enjoyed our stay. The ultra all inclusive was amazing.. the food variety was great .. entertainment team were wonderful.. Kids club , Hot Pool, Indoor pool, Turkish Bath, Luna Park, Mini Disco and the night program for the family are all great and show the variety of options you have. Thank you very much to all the staff Nice place I definitely recommend it.
