Jolly Beach Antigua - All Inclusive

Location is really amazing. Stunning beach and not very busy. - We went April. Food choices at the Palms Buffet was great at each meal. Our room was a generous size wth a great view - we chose king size with a sea view. Staff in Long bar were excellent

Towels and room service are only once a week. Only other place to have evening meal you had to book for and guests were queueing before 7am to book! Decor a bit tired especially in common areas and bathrooms. Wine warm. Gym very poor facilities.

Location was good - for the we went there Food option was good although better communication about how the hotel works, timing for meals and what days have "Book only restaurants"

Myself and my family felt that the welcome to the hotel was poor. Staff (Reception staff) seemed not very engaged in welcoming guest and engaging in a positive welcoming mood. With that said the lovely gentleman that helps with baggage did help bring the mood up with offering us welcome drinks smiling and making conversation. Communication overall felt poor , from times we booked taxi , and was failed in being informed it was USD this was both frustrating for ensuring we had the correct amount and did not offend the taxi driver with a massively under paid job as we was using local currency - ECD. This happened twice during our stay.
