Colibri Court Antigua

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Colibri. The apartment is quiet, very spacious, has a lovely garden and seating area and is exactly as it looks in the photos (if not bigger!). It is in a prime location and very close to some of the best beaches in Antigua such as Jolly, Fryes and Darkwood. It has a nice pool which is hidden from the main road. We were able to whatsapp the management team in case we had any questions or requests and they were super helpful and always replied promptly no matter the time of day. We highly recommend hiring a car with DP Rentals as it works out much cheaper than taxis and is a great way to explore the island. Thank you Oshio and Toya for looking after us!

A gym/wellness centre on site as the closest one is private, $10 each visit and a 10 minute walk away. But we went on some nice runs around Jolly Harbour instead.

Property is spacious, with high ceilings, and the ability to do laundry is great. The gym facilities are very good and there are supermarket & restaurant nearby.

You are dependent on a car to get around. The cleaning service could occur more frequently, especially with 6 people in the apartment - example: the bin quickly piles up.

The place was clean and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great bedding, utensils and space for a large family.

We arrived after a 12 hour journey to a hot apartment and room temperature water on the table. The staff had been aware of our arrival time. The air conditioning could have been switched on before we arrived and the water chilled. It was 30 degrees outside.

Bring a plug converter for iusb/c .. otherwise I can't think of anything else !
