The location is superb! Close to all types of transportation! The staff is extremely nice, they organized the early check-in and it was sweet of them. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from a nightclub right in front of my window. But I stayed on a weekend, so maybe during the weekdays is different. Anyway, it's easy to fix with ear plugs, cause the rest was great!

I stayed only for one night - but it was such a great experience! Would like to highlight friendly and welcoming staff - such lovely people! The room was nice as well, all the basics are provided, I felt very comfortable. 100% recommended! p.s. it smells so good at the hotel :)

The location was great, near Taksim square and easily accessible to public transportation. One of the staff was very helpful and available.
So far from the standards of a four star hotel. The room was not clean and the towels provided were stained and ripped. No daily cleaning unless it was asked and even when they did the service they didn’t clean the bathroom or the shower. It’s unthinkable that one of the staff at the reception didn’t even speak English.
