Lovely clean rooms & beautiful beach area. Staff were amazing, especially Angelo who always had a smile & a chat. Beach beds were really comfortable & always a great atmosphere at the beach area. There is a nice lounge area where you can help yourself to coffee which was really nice. A lovely resort.
Ordering drinks at the beach was pointless, we ordered & 45 minutes later we still hadn’t received them. Had an issue on check out where they tried to charge us for the room when we had already paid, took some sorting out & hopefully they have refunded the amount they overcharged but we had to chase them a couple of days later as they still hadn’t let us know.

Staff were lovely, gardens were beautifully maintained, beach was beautiful. Air conditioning very effective.
Confusing to navigate with poor signage, the loudest property I have ever stayed at in my life, both bathrooms reeked of urine, clean towels at reception instead of beach.
