The location, the beach, the facilities, the relaxing environment, the variety of food options, and the safety. In general, we loved our stay!
Not much. Some details on the room, like the TV not working the first day (it was quickly replaced when we mentioned it at the front desk), and the breakfast could be a bit better, but really nothing major, we really loved our stay and would be happy to come back!

People very pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Resort amazingly comfortable, well maintained and clean.
You are actually on the beautiful private beach, nice sand, turquoise water.
Beach protected by the stone barrier, no waves or seaweed.
Tropical gardens around resort well kept.
We like very much the Hemingway restaurant, on the waterfront, very charming.
Also the Chill beach bar, very good shrimps.
Shuttle to the supermarket and Willemstad.
Recommend for elderly couples and people with children.

The hotel's "strongest point" is... the beach. Clean, with beautiful sand. The air conditioning works well and is quiet ! Unfortunately, I didn't find any other "positive points" :(
The hotel has two floors and no elevator. Luggage assistance is limited to light luggage; you'll need to carry heavy items yourself! The room is cleaned very late, sometimes around 5 pm!!! Despite assurances that I would be able to take advantage of the so-called "late check-out" on the day of departure, I had to leave the room at 12 noon! Communication with staff in English is only basic. For example, the use of the phrase "half past one" (h-01:30) was incomprehensible to reception staff...
