Hun warmte en oprechte vriendelijkheid geven je het gevoel alsof je bij familie op bezoek bent. Niets is hen te veel: elke vraag wordt met een glimlach beantwoord en ze staan altijd klaar om te helpen waar ze kunnen. Hun betrokkenheid gaat verder dan alleen service ze denken echt met je mee, geven tips en zorgen ervoor dat je verblijf zorgeloos en aangenaam verloopt.
