Location. And washing marchine
Only 3 pillows. No welcome pack, office a long walk from the apartment topper didn’t fit the mattress. No tv instructions.

Location and good kitchen
On first morning windows got washed with high pressure hoses before our wake up time but noise was quite something .

Perfect location! Modern and cozy!
Difficult to get the keys and park - reserve proper time 1h ish of your day for that.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the location was very good. Close to the train station and city centre, and lots of restaurants and amenities close by. Lots of wardrobes and storage space.
The bed was horrible. 2 bottom mattresses put together, but they kept slipping apart so kept falling into a gap in the middle. There were only 2 very tiny pillows in the bed, and no extra in the wardrobe. But the staff brought extras the next day after I requested it. The kitchen could have had some more utensils, cutlery, glasses and proper coffee mugs. The balcony was nice but missing proper furniture. TV should have some international channels, and the casting option didn't work properly.
