Siisti ja hyvä pienehkö hotelli rauhallisella alueella. Iso jääkaappi, mukava sänky ja hyvä pysäköintialue hotellin pihalla. Hyvä aamiainen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta.

Kleinschalig, goed parkeren, aardige behulpzame mensen, zowel buiten als binnen heel schoon en netjes. Mooi aangekleed, gezellig. Lekker ontbijt. Airco in de kamer.
Eigenlijk niets. Wij hadden onze fietsen meegenomen, maar dat is lastig in Remscheid vanwege de heuvels en dalletjes.

Zentrale Lage zu meiner Geburtstagsfeier
Die mehrfache, nachdrückliche Vorab-Anfrage der Rezeption über meinen Zeitpunkt der Anreise hat mich sehr gestört. Es entstand - auch bei anderen Anreisenden - der Eindruck, daß die Rezeptionistin nur an schneller, unpersönlicher Schlüsselhinterlegung und daraus folgendem frühzeitigen eigenen Feierabend interessiert ist. Ich hätte mir mehr Einfühlungsvermögen für die Belange des Gastes gewünscht. Andere Hotels in Remscheid bieten hier einen besseren Service.
