Centrally located with tram and busses right outside the front door. There was very welcomed air-conditioning in the bedroom. The facilities were well planned, modern and clean. Plenty of storage area for a long stay if necessary.
Great breakfast. We would stay here agai .
A fan would have been nice in the sitting room.
The late check in instructions would have helped if they told us what floor our apartment was on.

Very clean.
Well positioned for public transport links into the city and across to the airport.
Staff were friendly and helpful - especially when we needed to borrow an adaptor plug for phone charging and requesting an extra pillow.
Rooms provided teas and coffees (but no milk?) and toiletries.
We had an apartment - fitted the 4 of us reasonably well.
The breakfast was varied and satisfied all tummies.
It was reasonably basic - not scandì-chic minimalist, just no frills basic.
Only one pillow per person was provided - could have done with two per person.
The room was really warm - there was a plug in air conditioning unit in there, but it only took the top off the mountain and was very noisy. We had to turn it off and open the windows over night.

Good and reasonable accommodation, very convenient location and helpful staff.
Only one conditioner in the living room, no conditioner in the bedroom. Small thing, but would be great to have something to cool the room during hot nights.

Friendly staff, clean room, fair location
Uncomfortable bed, very noisy street, and sometimes noisy neighbours, couldn’t get a good sleep.
