Top choice in Pumerteran

A wonderfully friendly, low key resort. Room was not huge but very comfortable with private terrace and canopy bed. Great on-site pool and dive center for arranging trips to Menjangan Island. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wonderful value (full-board option)

Great stay in Pemuteran!

We stayed at the newer building which was located +/- 1mins walk from the original/main building, but still within the same vicinity. The overall room was great & spacious, they paid so much attention to little details such as preparing 'welcoming flowers' on the bed with our names on it. The amenities were sufficient, they provided electric kettle, coffee & tea, with some complimentary fresh fruits. The highlights of our stay: 1) the pools (they have 2 in each areas), 2) the breakfast & overall menu at the restaurant, 3) very friendly staff. Overall great stay!

Since we stayed on the new building, we had to walked to & from the restaurant for breakfast or any other meals. It was fine as we got to pass some local houses on the way, but could be slightly uncomfortable when it was raining (which was quite often throughout our stay). Also since they provided no phone from the room, if we need something or if there is somekind of emergency, it wouldn't be that easy to reach the front office or any other staff, for assistance/help.

Fantastic stay in the villa

We stayed at the villa with our family of 8. The staff was at the villa day and night and they were super. Special thanks to Julie. The rooms are very nice, big and clean. The private swimming pool is large and clean. We enjoyed it a lot. Our stay in the villa was fantastic.

The villa is situated a few minutes away from the rest of the hotel. So breakfast (and other orders for drinks and food) is prepared in the hotel and then brought to the villa. The food is not very warm.

The staff were incredibly nice and hotel had a relaxed atmosphere to while away the days in. They were able to offer various tours to local sites as well as scooter and snorkelling gear hire.

The food at the restaurant was not up to the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel.

The whole place was fantastic, little touches like the welcome and flowers in the room was lovely. We felt so well looked after and every single member of staff wanted to make our experience great. The restaurant and food were also incredible and they had a lot of cocktails.

Parfait

Tout était parfait, personnel accueillant, cadre agréable et calme, plusieurs piscines, et le restaurant est très bon. Il est situé en retrait d'une route circulante que l'on n'entend pas du tout, et sur laquelle se trouve plein de restaurants. On a trouvé aussi un loueur de scooters a prix raisonnable à quelques minutes de marche. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et de l'eau potable a volonté sous forme d'une fontaine en libre service. Centre de massage à prix raisonnable et très agréable.

Restaurant un peu lent et un peu cher comparé aux restaurants alentours. Pas de buffet pour le petit-déjeuner, on choisi une formule.

Mooie accommodatie in minder toeristisch gebied

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (snorkeltour ook geboekt via accommodatie). Restaurant was prima. Ook het dansoptreden (Balinese tradionele dans bij diner) was leuk om mee te maken. Ook een paar leuke (en goedkope) restaurants in de buurt.

Très bel hôtel avec personnel aux petits soins.

Très bel hôtel avec un magnifique jardin et de jolis bungalows de part et d’autres des 2 piscines. Salle de bain en partie à l’extérieur très chouette (très grande douche). Jolie terrasse.Chambre très spacieuse. Restaurant exterieur avec un grand choix de plats tous très bons. Nous nous sommes régalés. Centre de massage sur place + pédicure et manucure à des prix très raisonnables. J’ai adoré mes 2 massages. Centre de plongée sur place . Bien pratique. Personnel plus qu’adorable !!!! On aimerait tellement avoir ce sens de l’accueil en France (bien que cela arrive quand même de temps en temps 😉)

Un ou 2 crochets en + dans la chambre afin de faire sécher les serviettes serait pratique. La seule offre du centre de plongée est une journée entière autour de l’île de Menjangan. Plusieurs sites de plongée tout autour de l’île qui est à 40 minutes de bateau, puis plongée le matin, déjeuner sur l’ile ( moment très chouette car plein de biches et cerfs en liberté sur cette île) et plongée l’apres midi.Donc si vous restez 4 jours pour plonger , comme c’était notre cas, vous devez refaire tous les jours le même parcours et forcément faire 2 plongées ( et payer 1 million 800 000 roupies la journée). Mais pour 1 ou 2 jours, c’est parfait. Vous pouvez aussi faire journée snorkling qui est 2 fois moins chère. La ville est le long d’ une route et il n’est pas très facile de marcher le long de cette route.

Passables kleines Resort mit Pool ohne zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten

Kleines Resort mit 2 Pools, wir waren im Neubauteil von Juni 2025. Zimmer sauber, bequeme Betten, sonst einfache Ausstattung, zweckmäßig, kein Kühlschrank. Einziger Luxus war eine große Bank vor dem Zimmer. In dem neuen Teil der Anlage sind 2x4 Zimmer nebeneinander angeordnet, dazwischen ein Pool. Es fehlt so etwas, dass man sich richtig wohl fühlt. Empfang war sehr unfreundlich, alle weiteren Kontakte waren sehr freundlich. Inklusives Frühstück relativ sparsam, aber liebevoll mit Namen angerichtet.

Een aanrader als je in Bali bent en weg wilt van het massatoerisme.

Een leuke avond dinner met Balinese dansen. We deden de snorkeltrip - super ervaring. Bedden versierd met onze namen, ook bij ontbijt namen op borden en laatste dag een afscheidstekst. Ze zetten heel hard in op duurzaamheid en dat is een verademing op een eiland waar plastic vervuiling een groot probleem is.

Sehr schöne Anlage zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schöne Anlage zun Wohlfühlen. Das Familienappartment mit der schönen Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen, auch die Außendusche. Das Frühstück war lecker, Portionen hätten aber etwas größer sein dürfen. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool war ansprechend und sehr angenehm. Es standen große Regenschirme zur Verfügung. Die Lage war abseits der Straße und daher ruhig, nur an einem morgen hatten wir etwas laute Musik aus der Nachbarschaft.

Wir fanden das Restaurant etwas teuer und die Portionen dafür zu klein und hatten dann in den umliegenden Warangs zu abend gegessen. Auch die Touren haben wir auswärts gebucht. Handtuchwechsel hatten wir für 3 Tage nicht, evtl hätte man Bescheid sagen müssen, aber das war kein Problem. Für meinen Eindruck war das Anbieten des Spa-Programms und der Touren etwas zu aufdringlich, eine Übersicht der Optionen mit Preisangaben an der Wand vor dem Frühstücksbereich hätte mir besser gefallen.

Le complexe est très joli, la piscine, les chambres avec petite terrasse... Il y a bcp de fleurs. Nous avons profité des massage. Le restaurant est très bien aussi. Pas très loin de la plage même si le chemin d'accès n'est pas très agréable.

Frühstück war sehr üppig, auch zusätzliche Portionen waren möglich ohne Aufpreis. Andere Gerichte sehr schmackhaft und zu einem angemessenen Preis. Bedienungen außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral. Sehr sauber, Wäscheservice wurde unterstützt, morgens abgegeben, nachmittags gebügelt und frisch riechend zurück. Kann man jedem Reisenden empfehlen.

Moc se nám zde líbilo. Personál vstřícný, usměvavý a ochotný. Velmi dobré jídlo na snídani, oběd i večeři. Pokoj byl čistý, pohodlná manželská postel s moskytiérou. Varná konvice a klimatizace na pokoji. Dostatek pitné vody. Velká spokojenost.
