Adi Assri Beach Resorts And Spa Pemuteran

The location is beautiful, right on the beach and in the small village close to local shops and activities. Staff outside the reception area were lovely and very helpful. Clearly by looking at photos there has been a lot of changes to the pool area… this was good as we had a small all to ourselves. It was clean and refreshing.

The first room we were given had a door to the adjoining room. The conversations from that room were easily heard in our room. I asked for a change to another room without connecting door. I was given one but one staff member was pretty unpleasant and almost accuse us of stealing the mosquito spray from the original room. The toilet seat in the original room was disintegrating and filthy. The check in wasn’t very welcoming. It was show us your money then talk. The pools are very deep, you need to be able to swim.

There was nothing not to like. Amazing location, the friendliest staff, comfortable bed and everything else you could wish for. We booked the island snorkel tour and the dolphins through the hotel which I highly recommend . A huge thank you to all the staff and in particular Putu and Sana

There is nothing not to like . I could have stayed for a month

Beachfront, close to dining options, pools, gardens, staff. Some staff were trainees which was good. Mosquito coils kept lit

Was concerned for the staff member who spent the day in a tiny, hot office on the driveway at the entrance to the resort.

Very nice spot. Nice restaurant and bar. Did an amazing snorkeling trip straight from hotel.
