The hotel was in a very convenient location for us, on the edge of a wooded area. It was pleasant and cozy in every way, and there is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor with a good selection. We had dinner there and were very satisfied.
We chose the hotel primarily because of the opportunity to walk our dog. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and furnished to a high standard.
It was a bit disturbing that the rooms did not have air conditioning. I opened the window and we were able to sleep normally, but surprisingly heavy traffic started on the street already before 5:30 a.m., so the wake-up was a little too early.
Since breakfast was only served from 8:00 a.m., we unfortunately missed it due to the early wake-up and did not get to try it.

This hotel is more like a bed and breakfast style. The rooms are quite small, but enough for just sleeping and getting ready for the day. The breakfast selection although minimal was enough and the coffee was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful, you can tell they really take care of the grounds. The garden are very nice.
No Air conditioning, the pool was not operating, and close to a busy road.
