The proximity to St. Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital.
To reach my apartment, there were two sets of very steep stairs which made it difficult to handle the luggage. The fittings and fixtures of the apartment were also in need of updating. At check-in it was not mentioned that cleaning staff would not come during my four night stay to empty the bins or check on replenishing consumables.
