Okay accommodation for the price but stairs were very difficult to manage

Location and price

Being on crutches the stairs were an unpleasant surprise as we’d booked poolside and nowhere did we see stairs being mentioned

Pleasant atmosphere around the pool on a sunny day and great food and service. Beds comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful.

Great little staycation and great value

Lovely lodges. Staff gave an upgrade to my husband and stepdaughter to a bigger lodge which was perfect. Fully equipped, great set up

Bars around the pool got a bit busy at night when they were going to use the pool but was expected for a Friday night.

Decent stay for the price if you’re just needing somewhere to rest your head. Good location.

Pleasant stay, comfy bed. Location is good.

Room was a bit rough looking with patch up jobs here and there. The balcony for the top floor isn’t safe at all, you can walk across to the other rooms as it’s not fully closed off or private and the railing is dangerous if you were to have young kids up there.

Excellent for the price, the pool and bar area was a fantastic addition

Fantastic location, staff were really helpful and lovely and the vibe of the whole place was great!

The plug didn't fit the bath but staff did help solve the issue and the view from the window was the dumpsters and rubbish area and the noise of bottles being dropped happened a few times throughout the night

Beautiful and considering another visit with the families.

The location is great. Its convienient to have other shops around. Love how the Restaurants and Bars are all.connected. The drive for us was great.

Just the puddle at Entry up the stairs to our room. Felt it was dangerous due to being slippery. Also have rooms checked before guest arrive not just the cleaness but also checking equipment work or tighten. (Minor things)

The rooms were very clean and the property was in a very good location.

No access to elevators. Parks are too close to each other. The timing of the cleaning staff wanting to clean the rooms changed everyday, would be better if it was at a specific time of day.

Great location

The swimming pool and bbq provided was a highlight for our family.

The rooms need up grading as carpet very old and bathroom needs attention. The lawns also need mowing as attracted 🐝.

Okay but wouldn’t stay again .

Location was great ! Great food options in walking distance. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Room was very very small . Finding our room was not the easiest and poor communication on how to get to the room. Bathroom was poor !! Tape on the toilet for flushing, shower glass didnt sit properly- water everywhere . Bath plug did not fit, so could not bath our child . Air conditioning unit dripped into the bath - not a good look ! And the unit squeaked all night ! Power points behind the bed not easily accessible.

The walk to the pod would not suit a person having difficulty with walking. The parking was a short distance across a lawn and up a gentle hill.

It wasn’t bad.

The location was good it was close to the shops, gas stations and the highway.

The heater or whatever it’s in the bathroom is too loud every time you turn on the bathroom light it also turns on. The window in the bathroom room was broken and there were no plug close by the bed to use.

Run down villa. No adequate air conditioning throughout the villa only in the living room. The villa we stayed in was probably the oldest by the looks of things but was the only space that could fit our whanau. The pool had no privacy - bars attached to it with random public spaces and people drinking a lot. Not a space I would recommend for a family

Our room APPARENTLY had a maintenance issue, we were moved into the VILLA, not really an issue, but not really what i would class as a VILLA, but, the shower room had clearly started to be done up, and also the kitchen, both were not finished and seemed like it had been done on the CHEAP... bed super comfortable, lovely linen

Very tired on the surface clean enough...but, range hood, bay window in kitchen and door in kitchen seriously needs cleaning, Shower although quite new, has not been maintained, shame. shower had really poor pressure, blinds were missing some slats, lighting still 80's and not very bright. deck needs replacing,

The location was good and easy to get around.

The pillows had yellow stains on at least 3 out of the 6 pillows. The sheets were clean and bed made well. The bathroom shower was completely falling to bits. The seal was half torn off of the bottom of shower which made the door very hard to close and was leaking out all over the floor. The room was so small and was just poor quality. It wasn’t an expensive place so I guess you get what you pay for. The room was old and basic.

Not happy and would not stay there again.

The room was positioned alongside the rubbish bins from the businesses in front. 2 restaurants. There was bottles and rubbish been dumped through out the evening . Then it started up again at 7am. There was rubbish left in the room from the previous people.

I should have asked for another room but it was too late when the rubbish was dropped and banging around.
