Location was great.
The blinds are nonexistent and noises from the street were so loud. I saw the reviews and knew this- but I’m not a light sleeper so thought it’d be fine. I was wrong. Besides this everyone was kind and helpful

The most important and good thing about this place is the location, a few minutes by walk from the Gran Via metro station. The staff was kind.
The room was good, clean and with a private bathroom.
The rooms are poorly soundproofed. So if you have sleeping difficulty, maybe this could be a problem.
The price for a single bed room was quite expensive, but maybe the period (Easter and Rosalia concerts in Madrid) has affected the price

Location
The location is great, but everything else was pretty disappointing. The walls are super thin — I could hear so much noise, especially in the middle of the night from the neighbors next door and upstairs. Also, there wasn’t any kitchen to use, which was a letdown.
