Guesthouse Serafino

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a cleaner who came each day. The location is excellent and the property and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. There is a mini fridge in the room which was very helpful to have during the heatwave. The Aircon was perfect and very easy to control. Marco was lovely and gave great advice on transfers from the airport. We absolutely loved staying here and would happily stay again!

There is a shared space with some kitchen utensils which was unexpected but very nice to have! Only downside is utensils were very limited with just plates, glasses and cutlery and only one kitchen knife but it was a very minor issue as there’s lots of incredible restaurants on surrounding streets.

Great location with all amenities. Vany was extremely helpful, attended to our every need and our Room was daily tidied up. This is a great place with one of the best quality / price ratios I've seen in Rome. Highly recommend.

Slight confusion of the name of property (guesthouse) translated as not a guesthouse at all. Misleading also images show table and chairs situated on roof top terrace, in reality no as no table and chairs and you were not allowed past certain parts of terrace, even a neighbour shouted at me as I had walked past their ‘space’ admiring the view- not very welcoming and after a long day sightseeing you couldn’t enjoy a quiet moment on the rooftop. As a solo female traveller I wouldn’t go into bars. More of an apartment block upon entering, a communal space with a coffee station and fridge to place water. You were not allowed to place any food there. no balcony room although I had booked room with balcony. The room safe did not work so the owner spent nearly two hours fixing it_ so I effectively missed an activity that was booked as I couldn’t leave the room once I’d checked in.
