Cheap, budget hotel.

Had a room to stay. Not too expensive. Close to facilities, when you drive

Pretty old hotel with outdated furnishings and all finishes. Pretty Spartan, nothing luxury. Parking is pretty challenging too, even with half full rooms. For the price, I would look elsewhere next time

sleeping on sofa is not recommended-mattress is too thin so you are sleeping on springs, parking across the street is not free for guests

Very well located, close to the ski center and ski lift. Very kind staff, helped us with useful information and made our stay more pleasant. The rooms were very clean and warm. We will recommend this location to other tourists.

Close to ski terrains. Huge apartment. Regular cleaning. Comfortable beds. Shop in hotel.

Good Place, Near Malina Ski Center and Malina Village. We enjoyed our stay. Pamporovo is beautiful.

Corridors in the building shall be cleaned better. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Disappointing

The stuff was helpful, as we were two wheelchair users

On booking the hotel is marked as accessible for wheelchair users but it's not. The apartment was cold the first two days of our stay, and they changed us 15 levs per day for the fireplace which wasn't useful in term of getting warmer. Refrigerator, sink, mirror and faucets were not clean

Great location and staff, minor technical issues

Location was great, staff was friendly and supportive, the apartment was very clean.

Reading lamps were not working, bathroom was filling with water. Not very warm without using the fireplace when outdoor temperature reached -10°C, but staff was ready to help.

Excellent place but parking might be a bit tricky!

This is a great place to stay as it is close (walking distance) to the ski school as well as the Malina lift to take you to the top of the mountain. The apartment was large and spacious, very warm, clean and comfortable. It had everything needed to make our stay a great one including a washing machine and kitchen amenities (fridge, hob, oven, coffee maker, utensils, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and even wine glasses). There is loads of storage and an elevator to make going up to the room easier. The reception desk is not manned but there is a number to call and someone would be out to help, the hosts are helpful and speak English. There is also a supermarket that is attached to the building that was adequate. This is a very good choice for a place to stay for skiing in Pamporovo. There is a fireplace in each apartment but we did not feel the need to use it as the place was kept wonderfully toasty - however, there is a cost attached to using the fireplace that we did not find out about until we got there. It takes just over 3 hours to get here from Sofia airport and it is a lovely drive up in the mountains.

We chose this place partly because there is free parking. However after we went out one night, we came back to find all the parking spaces taken up and there are no parking signs lower on the street (there are fines for parking there) When we inquired at reception we were told that there is underground parking but we would have to pay extra to use it. In the grand scheme of things it was not much but the point is that they did not have enough of the free parking at the front to accommodate all the guests at the hotel, just something to be aware of. It would not put me off staying here again- but I like to know these things in advance.

The location is perfect (150 mt to the ski center Malina 2), inside very clean, room warm, hot water all the time, very good view. Good value for the money.

No restaurant ( closest restaurant 50 mt), the furniture little bit old.

Бойлерът в стаята беше изкъртен, висеше "на косъм" около разбити плочки и течеше. Обърнахме внимание на рецепция и ни отговориха, че така било от години, да не драматизираме. Нали не е паднал... Към апартаментите няма места за паркиране и се налага използването на платен паркинг от другата страна на улицата. Стаите не се чистят по време на престоя.

U potpunosti zadovoljni. Preporuka svima.

Apartman je na 5 minuta hoda od staze, tako da nema potrebe koristiti auto. Svaki dan se čisti apatman, ljubazno osoblje, uvek pitaju da li je nešto potrebno, tu su za svaki vid preporuka i pomoći. Toplo je, čisto je, blizu staze za skijanje, nama je to bilo potrebno.

Добро е за 1-2 дневен престой през лятото

Посетихме мястото през лятото,стаята беше голяма,широка,имаше фурна,котлон(но не съм сигурна дали имаше посуда за приготвяне на храна),хладилник,печки за отопление,защото вечерта става доста студено. Банята беше чиста и просторна. Леглата бяха удобни. Момичето на рецепцията беше усмихната и ведра. Успяхме да паркираме пред хотела и като цяло имаше места за коли. Вечеряхме в ресторанта на вили Малина и храната беше прекрасна (точно срещу хотела се намира ресторанта).

Пода в хола се нуждаеше от почистване и бяха забравили да оставят сапун в банята. Би било добра да има повече тоалетни принадлежности,за съжаление имаше само по 1 пакетче шампоан.
