Beautiful property with wonderful views and a great pool. The staff made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Good views of the caldera. Newest side of the building was good.
Staff will need to develop greater professionalism. Room could be cleaner at arrival. During the last day the cleaner kept entering the room 2 hours before actual check out time.
