The hotel was wonderfully peaceful and calm, featuring stunning views and spotlessly clean rooms throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help with any service we needed. On top of that, the food was delicious and made with genuinely fresh ingredients.

Good views of the caldera. Newest side of the building was good.
Staff will need to develop greater professionalism. Room could be cleaner at arrival. During the last day the cleaner kept entering the room 2 hours before actual check out time.
