Amazing breakfast, clean hotel, location adjacent to the ski slope, go kart and Lüneburger Heide. Also the restaurant saved really tasty food.
Just my personal experience: the room on the 2nd and top floor of the hotel was extremely hot in summer and it was not easy to cool it down, probably due to the amazing insulation. But I guess this is not a bad problem to have :)

Loved the easy late check-in. The room was pretty new, big, and comfortable. Loved the skiing theme. The breakfast was amazing.
The location is really great for passing by or staying in the area (visiting the Snow dome, Crazy house, Heide park).
It is a family friendly hotel, with bug playground for kids (ours did not want to leave it).

The hotel was very good, located near the highway, but could get a good night sleep, not hearing the highway crowd. It was a surprise for having a ski slope, and ski activities in the middle of June! :) The breakfast was very good, a lot of food to chose from. There is an option for everyone. There is a restaurant, outside playground, paths to wander around.
The room was nice, and we liked the ski details in it. Also everything is done from wood, which was also very nice.
Traveling with pet (dog, 10 kg), we are aware that we usually get the room where people with pets stay. We paid 12 euros for additional cleaning, as indicated in a welcome message. But the room was not as clean as we expected, there were dog hairs on the carpet when we arrived and some hairs on the bed, too. We expected a bit cleaner room, as we are also trying, as pet owners, to leave it in a good condition after. This is something to work on maybe - better clean of this type of room.

Breakfast was tasty, a large selection of hot dishes. In-room wifi meeting my expectations. Bedding and towels clean. Good road communication.
The location of the reception desk very poorly marked, I spent a good few minutes before I found it. One coffee machine for all guests at breakfast, the other two were broken - this caused queues while waiting for a hot drink. Only one staff person at check-out in the morning, which also accommodated guests who wanted to ski. Huge queue and nerves at the end of the stay.
