Excelent location but needs improvements.

The location is excellent, very close to the historical site, within a walking distance. Very close also to several facilities such as bakeries, pharmacies and more popular stores. It is a quiet place.

I stayed for three days, and the room was not cleaned during this period. The towels are old. There was a hole in the ceiling. The view of the room was not very nice because there was an awning in front of it. The linen could be cleaner.

good value for money, very well located and most staff were so helpful and kinda that we felt welcomed.

we negotiated a half-day stay at the hotel because we booked a boat ride with them so that upon our return we would have enough time to shower and prepare for our departure with comfort, but the last staff made us hurry up and feel uncomfortable because they had overbooked the rooms. not very professional in terms of guest services, they should communicate better or at least not make the guest feel rushed when overbooking was clearly their fault.

The location is great. Just a few steps from the historic center.

Noisy air conditioner. We couldn't sleep well. We reached the hotel at night, tired and we booked a triple room. After entering the room, we found towels for 2 and no paper toilet. They had a lot of time to prepare the room but still, we need to request the missing items, going to the reception (no phone in the room). Breakfast is not as people described here. Really basic.

Very kind staff. Good location close to bus station and the historical center. Good brekfast. Cafezinho at evening. Nice garden with a lot of trees and flower and plants.

Há uma área após a entrada da pousada em que há excesso de lodo e risco de água parada, inclusive próximo ao lugar do café da manhã. Ficaria bem mais bonito e adequado à saúde se quebrassem o piso e fizessem uma área de jardinagem.

Apenas a localização é boa

Banheiro com buracos no teto, aparentemente para exaustão. Porém horrível!!! Colchão duro! Chegamos a noite e verifiquei que havia alimentos ja preparados em bandejas sobre o armário e coberto com papel alumínio. Os talheres e pratos ficam expostos, o local é aberto e pode entrar moscas, baratas. E a lavanderia é toda mofada, o que acho falta de higiene, pois as roupas de cama ficam naquele ambiente!
