Michele ensured my stay was completely comfortable He waited for me assisting me with my luggage knowing my arrival was late I was able to contact him about anything Likewise Fabio the owner was happy to assist also

Decent room, somewhat well appointed. Concierge was accommodating.
No breakfast or common sitting area.

Fantastic location - with fabulous shops, bars and restaurants in every direction. Beautiful building (as every building seems to be in Rome!) - smart room, comfortable bed, decent shower, helpful and friendly staff - and all right on the doorstep of the Vatican. We simply walked to all of the places we wanted to visit: the Coliseum, the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, the Stadio Olympico - plus dozens of wonderful squares / piazzas - so the location couldn't have been more perfect
Nothing - we literally loved everything about Rome and our accommodation - we will definitely be returning, and staying here again
