I like the location of the apartment, walkable distance for Mostar bridge. The view from terrace apartments is nice on top floor. Good place to have breakfast.

We had booked the apartment for 3 nights and the owners had an over booking because of which we had to stay the first night in a different room - it was not good, it had no soap, shampoo, just one hand towel and one normal towel, I could feel the springs on the bed, it felt like a 1 star hotel. The owner was easy to reach because of the call button function available at the facility (which was very efficient), they came and told us about the issue and told us we would get our originally booked room the next morning after cleaning, but since we were travelling with the baby and i needed the kitchen they asked us to use the kitchen of our new, actual booked room in the morning after old tenants vacate - which was helpful, and they gave 5 euros discount because of the issue i faced. Our actual room was much better, cleaner, the view from there was good as well, but again for Toiletries they provide handwash, shampoo, towels were there this time. The kitchen had utensils and cleaning soap but no cloth to maintain the kitchen stand. Overall the experience got better, but the first night was too bad ! The owner was very nice and polite so we didnt complain much, but I wouldn't give it a 8 rating, maybe a 6.5.
