Wunderbares Hotel in Top Lage und köstlichem Essen

Wunderbares Hotel in Top Lage, Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend, auch das Ambiente auf der Terrasse bzw. im Speisesaal war einmalig. Saunalandschaft ebenfalls wunderbar.

Das Doppelzimmer Komfort war zu eng und entsprach nicht ganz unserem Geschmack.

Hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (9 Jahre) in einer Junior-Suite und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man konnte zwar Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich mit einer Schiebetür trennen - trotzdem hätten wir uns ab und an ein paar qm mehr Raum gewünscht.

We hebben met ons gezin een super verwen verblijf gehad!

Het hotel heeft gelukkig niet al te veel kamers waardoor je een enorm thuisgevoel krijgt maar dan in een super verwen omgeving. De wellnessruimte is super mooi opgezet, zelden zo mooi gezien. Het avondeten was ronduit geweldig, ze hebben een fantastische keukenbrigade.

We had a corner room (107, premium room) which had only a small window. We didn't get much light.

Top hotel, highly recommended

Fabulous cozy hotel, with very friendly owners and excellent staff. The hotel food is excellent, the service was very polite and efficient, the room was very clean and well kitted out. The facilities are good and loads for kids to do! The fact that the hotel publishes a weekly program and a morning post was a great way of giving guests an overview of what’s going on and informing guests of important information. In-room multimedia (TV, Tablet, Bathroom Radio, Wi-Fi) was great.

I would have liked to see stricter Corona mask wearing regulations in the food/buffet area. Some rooms are not as “private” as you would like them to be, for example my balcony was directly in front of another bedrooms window.

Location, breakfast buffet, facilities. Clean and spacious rooms.

Personal is not too friendly, no warm welcome (room not ready but no excuse or welcome drink), dinner did not meet our expectations, not enough to choose from and again: no attention from staff. For children there is no healthy option at all. I would not recommend half board but go to one of the nice restaurants in Hinterglemm.
