Felix Residence & Lucia Simona Villas

We stayed at Simona's villa. Amazing view through the balcony, very nice pool area, comfy beds.

The bathroom area needs an upgrade: toilet was whistling, shower head was constantly dripping, shower doors were wobbly and wouldn't close properly, water pools after shower in the bathroom

The grounds of the property were really pretty and a fantastic view

Our air conditioner wasn’t working well. It was really weak, was too hot to sleep. The shower was too small and water pressure was weak. We opened our fridge and there was a roach inside. The pool was nice but the paint was coming off on our skin. There was no communication from anyone at the hotel. We happened to run into someone and told him about the issues and no one followed up with us .

Wonderful residence, beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, very well maintained gardens and pool, very clean rooms cleaned daily, effective air conditioning, comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful. Accessible and easy parking outside room. Short drive to the beach,, restaurants and supermarket. Kids loved the pool. We would be happy to.come back.

Pool isn't open between 2pm-5pm. This did not affect us, as we went to the beach at this time but it may bother some who want to spend the day by the pool.

The gardens and grounds are lovely. It was a great place to relax in the sun and enjoy the pool. The hotel facilities were functional and kept very clean for our stay. The location is good for walkable restaurants and great beaches close by.

Many parts of the property are a little tired and in need of renovation. The shower was leaking, toilet seat broken and paint on the pool coming off and staining your skin. The owners/staff didn’t put the effort in to give a great service. The pool bar was always closed, the only time staff spoke to us was to ask us for the taxes payment (asked for this three times during our stay) and they did not provide towels to use by the pool. While the area did feel safe, it was concerning to come back to our apartment one day with the master key left in our door lock. It was an enjoyable stay but I would be unlikely to book again.
