Surrounded by vineyards, mulberry trees and fig trees, we found our own little haven in Kefalonia for a few wonderful days. We arrived intending to explore the island, but in the end, we could hardly bring ourselves to leave the house! We spent endless hours by the pool, relaxing, enjoying the peace and that wonderful feeling that, for a little while, time had slowed down.

Trapezaki Garden Villas is an amazing place to stay with breathtaking views of Zakynthos and Mount Ainos. The area is peaceful and relaxing; the villa was immaculate and was well stocked with kitchen equipment. Amanda is an exceptional host who goes well above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. There are some very good Tavernas a short walk away and beaches to explore. Hard to see how it could be any better.
