Great staff. Great air con. Comfortable rooms. Easy to get taxis to the main areas from the street nearby.
We had a lovely massage (both of us in the same room) just upstairs in the same building which was very convenient.
It was hard to find. You had to walk through alleyways to get to the hotel. Not directly accessible by car. It was fine once we had checked in but with luggage it was a bit tricky. The security guard in the street helped us otherwise we would have been a bit lost on the first day.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The riad is very beautiful and quiet, with a calm atmosphere and a good location close to everything.
The rooms were not heated upon arrival and it took a long time for them to warm up. The breakfast was very small and limited in quantity; for example, two people had to share a pre-chopped banana, which did not meet the expected quality
