Comfortable, clean, well-situated riad with friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day, the included breakfast was reasonable and the central location made it a convenient stay. Overall would highly recommend.

Amazing staff, super polite and helpful. The place is super relaxing, tranquil and smells just like a spa: welcome rest bite from the busy streets. The room was very large, lots of storage, large bed. 24/7 reception with the front door locked. Lovely breakfast, and cold Aircon. The whole riad is very large, loads of spaces to relax or sit up on a huge roof terrace.
Additional services were quite expensive but not necessary if not desired. Location is good, but need to cross a busy road to get into the central Medina. There are 2 location pins on booking.com and Google maps, and one takes you to the wrong door, it is door number 120 along the street, not at the end.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The riad is very beautiful and quiet, with a calm atmosphere and a good location close to everything.
The rooms were not heated upon arrival and it took a long time for them to warm up. The breakfast was very small and limited in quantity; for example, two people had to share a pre-chopped banana, which did not meet the expected quality
