The location of the hotel is very good, the surroundings as well. The staff is extremely respectful and client oriented. The room is fine and with a nice view. The diner was excellent even if restricted to a pre-defined short list of dishes.
The corridors were dirty, the bathroom is not really well thought, beside being rather small, the Italian shower is too small, and not having any door is allowing it to splash the whole area. The room is large but the bed is in a corner. There is no desk while a lot of empty space.

The location is so nice fitting the surroundings. The staff is proactive. The restaurant menu and quality for lunch and dinner are one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The fact all extra activities are included into the room cost, is so nice( mountain bikes, hot tub, sauna)
If they would have training courses for staff industry, it would be an amazing benefit for our tourism.

- The view is nice.
- Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.
- No fan in the bathroom.
- The metal grill above the bed is really annoying because we kept hitting it with our heads and hands.
- The room is heated with an air conditioner that must be turned on all the time so that the room stays warm. Even on the lowest setting, the sound this air conditioner makes is loud and you can't sleep very well.
- It's probably a subjective opinion, but the bed mattress is very uncomfortable, probably because it's soft.
