New and clean. on the river bank. some tables on the green grass. birds and animals (cats and dogs) around. really peaceful. we had the eco bio delicious big breakfast with our feet in the grass listening to the river best to rent the whole place and do a barbecue and smores with friends. has all amnesties to make your own food in the separate room/kitchen near the grill. (also a big table, tv and couch)

some pipe smell in the bathroom. if we kept the windows closed the smell was strong. also the bathroom window should get an insect screen not for mosquitoes but for other moths as the window is the only way to take out the steam after a shower. we had to really plan when and how to food… if u plan to bring your own food disregard below. there was a discussion about this and the conclusion was that if there was demand we could receive food but otherwise to go get our own from: - 10 min walk there was an a la carte restaurant but with a slope so not suitable for elderly; - with a car you could go to the second one as well; - local markets. if there were enough ppl wanting food you could receive something the host would make that day. we have agreed to receive breakfast all mornings. on the last one they said they forgot. not nice to be forgotten. still, they gave us all that bio eco big breakfast!
