Perfect, a luxurious end to a busy trip.

Really nice bungalow. Quiet. Big rooms.

Very nice! Big space. We had a bungalow with two rooms and a big livingroom with a kitchen that had everything you could need. Pool directly infront. Shuttle to the beach/city 5 or 6times a day.

Two times I ate at the restaurant and both times it didn‘t sit well. But yeah that’s it. If the shuttle hours doesn’t work for you you can just take a grap

Stunning original hotel, everything was wonderful, staff 5 stars plus

The whole of the hotel was so beautiful, from reception to the grounds, which were stunning and so well kept. The pools were lovely and the rooms wonderful. But the absolutely amazing staff made my holiday. so friendly, so helpful nothing was a problem. Took the shuttle a few times on my own and felt very safe. 5 stars plus. Would love to come again.

Loved hotel and Ao Nang would definitely stay again.

Loved the gardens and the tropical oasis feel. Pool area is lovely and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for a small hotel.

Beds and pillows a little hard. Both of our showers were either ridiculously hard pressure or next to no pressure. Location is good but it’s a bit out of town they do have free shuttle several times a day.

Everything was wonderful, only ‘flaw’ is that the property is a bit further out from the main town centre BUT that was a win for us due to the serenity and peacefulness AND the hotel supplies free shuttles multiple times per day or you can hire a private driver to get around

Good value for money property & just a short ride to shops and restaurants.

The bungalow was spacious and comfortable. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very good if you’re looking for a more quiet environment. The property is a little far from other shops and restaurants. But just a short (about 10 min) ride away if you take a tuktuk or Grab taxi.

My bed was so hard that I could feel the innerspring of the mattress. But the other beds of my mom and sister were fine.

Big rooms nice place unprofessional staff far from beach

Big rooms with fairly nice pools, a villa Type resort run by local family. But a little far from the beach but quiet and there's also kitchens in many of the villas, the price and value are fair, but the staff could need a little bit of training on how to deal with the customer.

This is a bungalow and villas style resort. It's about 10 minutes from the Main Beach area, so a little further than many other properties. But if that is not a real big deal for you, because the value in price. The sad thing is the rooms are fairly nice a little dated, but when I was there just to call and ask a question about my booking. The staff seem like they didn't have time for me and then the lady even after I asked her if she understood my English. She basically indirectly told me to be quiet and was very unprofessional and seemed like she didn't have time for me at the end of the day, if you feel like you're having a negative experience and you don't want to stay at that place too long I wanted to. Stay there longer day. But just keep in mind that this is a family run business.And in some cases, they see a lot of people come and go, and they don't want to do much for you, except take your money. It seemed like other people also that were staying there longer than me, said that they'd had some problems off and on with different staff. Or maybe family, I'm not really sure if the family was directly involved with the management or not, but if you want to stay there, the villas are fairly nice and it's a Fairly quiet place. Also, when you have a kitchen in a refrigerator freezer and you bought you, you paid for a room for that reason? And then they make you cut the electric off, and they threaten a fee. If they the key was separated from the fob there might be fee per day, then that basically that depletes the purpose of having a kitchen, if you can't keep things in the refrigerator plus your room when you come back, will be really hot.And thailand is a hot place, so to me, that's inconvenient. But because of the negative experience that I had, I moved on it might not stay again.

Great place!

Perfect little holiday destination in Ao nang beach. Close to Ao nang beach, free shuttle offered at many times of the day, great on site restaurant. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to book tours at the hotel too.

Pillows weren’t great, too puffy for our liking and no proper duvet meaning you’re freezing with the air con on and too hot without. There was a pool table upstairs that we weren’t told about and only found out on check out which was disappointing!

An underwhelming stay - five nights was too much. beautiful main resort but service could be better and more consistent.

a couple of members of staff were really friendly and happy to help. the swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. the whole resort was quiet while we were there.

we didn’t realise we were in a separate complex to the main holiday resort. it’s all unclear and we felt like we were amongst permanent residents. the shuttle service to Ao Nang was not very reliable, we were forgotten about on one occasion. the timings of the free shuttles aren’t great. the breakfast was disappointing. there’s no buffet, instead you have a very basic and limited menu to select from. service is Thai style - so very slow. the coffee is weak, the fruit repetitive, and the choices dull. lots of flys when eating and plates aren’t cleared quick enough. our towels weren’t always changed and you were not allowed to leave your fans on when you left for the day, which meant when you returned, the apartment was too hot.

Cute resort not far from beach, had everything we needed for our last 2 nights. Staff friendly, food good, pool nice, was very quiet. Wifi wasnt the best but i think that is because we were at the end of the resort. Clean and comfortable. Happy with everything

Pleasant

nice quiet garden and swimming pool.

rather isolated although there is free shuttle service into town. Semi detached bungalow that we were in rather small and narrow. Bathroom lighting very poor and water from tap in wash basin only a trickle. Not the usual warm Thai greeting when we arrived. The first thing that was expected was that we paid. Normally that would be at check out. Strange!

A well designed resort with a jungle theme on the outskirts of Ao Nang. Interesting and Quierky

The pool was very well maintained and was cleaned at dawn every morning. You could see the pool from every part of the resort and there was no shortage of sun loungers. The restaurant and bar was designed and decorated to look like you are in the jungle with carvings of various jungle animals carved into the support pillars and ceiling beams, the garden is amazing too, very well thought out, designed and maintained. There was a free shuttle tuk tuk to Ao Nang all day up to 18:00 and a shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was comfortable, with everything you need.

A little way out of Ao Nang which was around 2 Kilometres away but in a quite residential area next door to the local primary school

Jungle Base

The studio was a nice size with a separate kitchen and bathroom situated across the road from the main pool, restaurant, and reception. There were two additional pools, one which was newer and very good, the other one was older, and this showed with the beds needing some TLC. The reception and central pool were really nice and relaxing. The whole site was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nicely presented, although not a lot of choice. The staff were excellent and would help wherever they could. This made a great inexpensive base for people with transport.

The location is a good mile from the beach and main part of AoNang . It was difficult to get around without transport, although the resort does provide an excellent shuttle bus, but it stops at 6 pm.

Nice place, but lacking customer service

Nice pool area

Remote location. We did not feel very welcome. When we arrived we got a glass of Juice and the invoice for the whole stay. The bungalows were accross a busy and very dark at night time street. The staff could study concentrate more o customer service. The staff kept asking us where are we going when we left.

Exceptional friendly staff! Hotel offers great restaurant and swimming pool facilities. Hotel rooms are bit basic but very clean!

10-15 minute taxi drive is needed to reach Ao Nang city centre. Hotel offers shuttle service but still drive is needed and restricted to shuttle time schedule.

wished we had longer!

as soon as we walked in we loved this hotel; jungle vibe decor, really friendly and helpful staff. we only stayed for one night as I’d made a mistake booking our other hotel, but if we could have cancelled that other one and stayed, we would have done, although the next turned out to also be lovely. the room was clean and comfortable, and also nicely decorated. great location too; slightly out of the town but they run a free shuttle. staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.

Our bungalow was quite small, I would choose a bigger room next time for our family of 3. I happened to fall ill and stayed 5 days in the room, I missed light because windows are small. Still, I think it's a great place for couples who spend most of the time outside the room
